Food and Wine lovers can not afford to miss the annual Kaikoura Seafest. Celebrating ocean food as well as the best of New Zealand win, it is a fantastic, fun-filled day out.
With the tastiest local ocean food and wine from the Kaikoura, Marlborough and North Canterbury regions, there is something for all tastes.
Along with the food and beverages, there is continuous live entertainment on the Ocean Ridge Pirate stage throughout the day.
In addition to the festival on the 4th of October, there are plenty of other events leading up to the festival, including The Big Top Bash on the 3rd of October.
Keep in mind that Seafest sold out in 2007, so get in quick for 2008!
